Our Story
The bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 9, that in a race, there are many runners, but only one gets the prize. Everyone who competes in races goes into strict training. We're not to run like someone aimlessly. Run with a purpose in every step.
We need to have self discipline. I've found that with discipline in my walk with God, I can bring that same discipline to many other areas of my life, especially during my workouts.
Let's be intentional in whatever we do.
