Our body is indeed the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are given the responsibility to look after it the best way we can. It’s because God created us intentionally, to fulfil His will for us.
That takes a lot of energy and stamina, which only comes when we do take care of our physical bodies. Our emotions, are all intertwined if each other, so let’s continue to strive to do our best. Eat well, rest well, and continue to stay motivated in your exercise regime.
