Quality is our top priority, If you receive damaged or faulty item you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is to send an email to email@example.com stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. As all items are printed on demand specifically, so we seek your understanding that we cannot accept these returns.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Wrong size - We understand that sometimes, the sizes may be wrong. However, we do not provide refunds for incorrect sizes. However, we do provide exchange services. Please refer to the below for more information.
Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be destroyed. Please check the address before ordering. If you note that the address is wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of order, and we do the necessary arrangements to have them delivered to the correct address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are destroyed. No refunds will be provided. We seek your understanding on this.
Exchanges (If it does not fit you)
If you reside in Singapore, we do provide exchange services if the size does not fit. However, as all items are printed on demand specifically, so we seek your understanding that it might take up to 6 weeks for the item to be delivered to you. Only one exchange service will be provided per item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept subsequent exchange services for the same item.
If you do not reside in Singapore, you may send the item (within 7 days of receipt of item) back in its original packaging and tags to :

We seek your understanding that the return charges should be borne by you. We understand that you would like to try them on and that is fine. However, please do not actually wear it.
In order to receive an exchange, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box if provided). Once received, we will get them re-printed in the correct size and deliver the new piece to you.
